To  initiate a refund for an item you've received, contact us at info@finesselondon.uk within 14 days of delivery( please include order number). Await an email with the correct return address for exchanges/returns, as sending items to an incorrect address not provided via email is your responsibility.

 

Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, or missing original packaging/tags won't be accepted. Exchanges are limited to like-for-like items, and we may refuse returns that don't meet these criteria upon inspection.

Giveback orders/sale items are non-refundable and can only be exchanged for the correct size. Please note that we don't cover the cost of returns/exchanges. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified for security reasons; ensure all details are accurate.
